CMAA’s Approved Installer Program helps engineers, architects, contractors, installers, councillors and business owners understand the processes and best practices concerning concrete block pavers. Through a combination of theory and practical components, you will have a good, practical working knowledge of the benefits of using concrete block pavers, how to install and maintain these pavers.
The Approved Installer Program will help you get the best out of your next paving project.
Please contact CMAA here to register your interest or for more information.
Please note that to complete the program, you will also have to show proof of your work within a concrete block paving project.
The Approved Installer Program is completely free for participants. If your company or council is looking to host an Approved Installer Program session, it is expected that a room will be provided for the participants.
CMAA’s Approved Installer Program is not exhaustive and does not cover every single detail on concrete pavers. It will give you a good working knowledge which is applicable to a variety of industry projects.
For more information on concrete block pavers as a construction material, please visit CMAA’s Technical page for further information.
For pavers, apprentices, architects or anyone unfamiliar with the concept of modular paving, we recommend the Introductory module for a succinct summary on concrete block pavements and the benefits of concrete block pavements.
For experienced pavers or councillors, the Maintenance and Inspection modules may be the most beneficial as they identify key tips and industry best practice for keeping your pavements in tip top shape.
Engineers and designers may also find the Advanced module useful, exploring the wide-ranging applications of concrete pavers.
